1. Services

SCA Tech Solar provides residential, commercial, and industrial solar panel installation services, including system design, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and PM Surya Ghar subsidy processing.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on site conditions, equipment availability, and government policy changes.

3. Installation & Timeline

Standard residential installations are completed within 2-3 days of equipment delivery. Timelines for commercial and industrial projects are agreed upon in the project contract. Delays caused by weather, government approvals, or force majeure are not within our control.

4. Warranties

Solar Panels: 25-year linear performance warranty (manufacturer)
Inverters: 5-10 year warranty (manufacturer dependent)
Installation workmanship: 1-year warranty by SCA Tech Solar
Mounting structure: 10-year warranty against corrosion

5. PM Surya Ghar Subsidy

SCA Tech Solar assists with PM Surya Ghar subsidy applications at no extra charge. However, subsidy approval and disbursement timelines are controlled by the Government of India and MPWZ. We do not guarantee subsidy amounts or approval timelines.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts. Standard terms are: 50% advance on order confirmation, 40% on equipment delivery, and 10% on commissioning.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before equipment dispatch with a 10% cancellation fee. Once equipment is dispatched or installation begins, cancellation is subject to actual costs incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

SCA Tech Solar's liability is limited to the contract value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of solar equipment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
